We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice.
All goods on the website and any associated advertisement are invitations to treat only and are not offers.
Whilst we do our best to maintain the website price, if the part is out of stock or obsolete we will fully refund your payment and if possible give you the option to purchase an alternative that may be more or less expensive. If you have made a purchase request we will always ask you first if you are happy with a replacement/substitute product should this be the only alternative part available.This reflects changing stock levels and part availability.
Speedofixer Web site prices may not be the same as any telephone quotation,mail shot promotion , or sales promotions through any other media outlets or offer prices which may appear from time to time.
Quotations for a repair service are valid for 7 days only, after which we will requote should you wish to enquire about the service quotation after this period.

Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding
contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods.
This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect
Speedofixer shall not be obliged to sell you the product.

At the time of placing your order we will confirm the prices subject to stock availability.
From time to time we may have a special offer available and may be able to offer you a discounted
product subject to availability.

In the majority of cases we will be able to offer you the part or service at the website listed price , however due to fluctuations in exchange rates, delivery charges , import taxes and manufacturing costs we may in some instances have to cancel your order and fully refund your money.

We will however do our best to advise you of a price difference and give you the choice to pay the additional amount or cancel the order.

If we do not hear back from you we will cancel the order and return any money you have paid us.

This can possibly happen when a part is no longer in stock and reordering costs have increase significantly,the part is discontinued or not available in a timely period, that makes us unable to supply you with the product.

In some cases our suppliers change the product slightly , upgrade or change the specification even though the product physically looks the same , in these cases we will advise you of the change to see if you still wish to purchase the item.
